The fabrication procedure and performance of planar interferometers with two Nb-NbOx-Pb/n "window" Josephson junctions are presented. Threshold characteristics for different values of the parameter ~ = L/I/r~ o are reported, where L is the loop inductance,/I the maximum Josephson current of the interferometer and ~o = 2.07 x 10-15 Weber is the flux quantum. For ~ < 1, the experimental data are compared with the magnetic field dependence computed in terms of a simple theoretical mode/.
