This Symposium was a part of the 183rd Meeting of the Electrochemical Society which was co-sponsored by the Electrochemical Society of Japan with the cooperation of the Japan Society of Applied Physics. This Symposium is the third ECS Symposium devoted to the subject of low temperature electronics (see chart overleaf), and was held in the Hilton Hawaiian Village at Waikiki, as was the Symposium of the same name in October 1987.
