S . 949), the controversial tax legislation that is facing an uncertain reception at the White House. Indeed, there is a good likelihood of a veto-the President announced his concept of an appropriate tax bill. in many ways different from the congressional versions, a$er both houses of Congress passed theirs.
There are many provisions in these two bills of direct importance to nonprofit organizations. These are listed below, followed by a discussion of some of them.
