✦ Synopsis

There are two technical corrections: the index in expression (9) should read "ki > 0" and the reference to DeRiggi (1983) in the proof of Lemma 2 should say "wiu, >>. 0 =>wi+l -u~+l >1 0" in place of "u, >/u2 >/ ... ~> utal". Reference to monotinicity of the u~'s should be stricken, but otherwise Lemma 2 remains unchanged. Also, the reference to the Olkin et al. article should cite 1981 as the year of publication, not 1982.
