## Abstract Delayed pharyngoesophageal perforation is a rare complication following anterior cervical spine surgery. Patients usually present weeks to years after surgery with vague symptoms, such as dysphagia and neck pain. We report five cases of delayed pharyngoesophageal perforation following a
