## Abstract The anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery is a rare congenital heart disease that affects 1 of 300,000 live births. We present the case of an 18‐year‐old female presenting with chest pain and dyspnea after vigorous exercise, and whose two‐dimensional ech
