Nowadays the words "work", "career growth" and "the decent salary" influence people very tempting and attract as a sweet smell of a pie. Each of us is the purposeful, diplomatic and aspiring to victories person. Every day we try to achieve the top of the success, hoping, that the fate will smile at us and for a long life will send the gift in a kind of a high post, the decent fee and decent reputation. Yes, it is necessary to aim, but there is one but … In spite of the fact that each person of our planet approximately has one purpose to become successful in business, but approaches and methods of achievement of the purpose are different and unfortunately, they don't not always answer ethical and moral standards. In the book I would like to tell about features of relations in different collectives and to give a few councils how to avoid difficult and conflict situations, especially in a female collective.
