## Background: Familial melanoma has been associated with "clinically atypical moles" or "dysplastic nevi," (dn) which are markers for increased melanoma risk. in addition, melanomas in these kindreds present at a younger age, and tend to be multiple. ## Methods: Melanoma incidence rates were det
