The file includes extracts and stylistic analysis of two famous novels "Death of a hero" and "Forsytes' Saga" by well-known British writers R. Aldington and J. Galsworthy. The file gives plot summaries of the novels for getting the gist of the novels. For deeper understanding of novels and as an aid to making an analysis biographies and peculiarities of individual styles of the above mentioned writers are presented.
The file also includes topical vocabulary for making an analysis and glossary of literary terms.
