β¦ Synopsis
The immunosuppressive effects of berbamine on murine immune functions were observed. The results showed that berbamine could significantly inhibit the proliferative response of spleen cells to ConA and LPS, reduce the amount of haemolytic plaque forming cells and also weaken the delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) reaction and mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR) induced by allogenic antigen. Furthermore, it showed that berbamine could decrease the ratio of CD4 positive cells to CD8 positive cells of spleen T lymphocytes by FACS assay which may be one of the mechanisms of the action of berbamine.

## Abstract The submicron fibers were prepared via electrospinning the styreneβisopreneβstyrene (SIS) triblock copolymer from a pure solvent of tetrahydrofuran (THF) and a mixed solvent of THF and __N, N__βdimethylformamide (DMF). The addition of DMF to THF resulted in a beneficial effect on the fi
Oridonin, an ent-kaurane diterpenoid derived from the herbal Rabdosia rubescens, has been recently reported to have antitumor effects on a large variety of cancer cells. The present study was undertaken to investigate the in vitro antiproliferation and apoptosis inducing effects of oridonin on HPB-A
