AA effective mass distributions of 2300 events from reaction 7r-p --\* AAn at 40 GeV measured at 6-meter spectrometer ITEP are presented. Bumps near 2.3, 2.5 and 2.8 GeV/c 2 are clearly seen. Singlet state dominates at 2.3 GeV/c 2, while state at 2.8 GeV/c 2 is mainly triplet.

✦ Synopsis
A novel interest in the study of the Λ(1405) has been recently outed. Indeed the composite nature of the Λ(1405) as an overlap of a πΣ and K -p poles is not fully understood yet, especially as far as the contributing strength of the two poles to the total resonance is concerned. The study of the spectral shape of the Λ(1405) extracted from the (Σπ) 0 spectra produced via different reactions can provide the necessary information to disentangle the complicated structure of this resonance. We present our analysis strategy to extract these information from p+p at 3.5 GeV collisions using the HADES spectrometer.
