✦ Synopsis

MeV have been measured at 01a b between 2.5 ° and 7.5 ° and for excitation energies up to 25 MeV by using a vector-and-tensor Deuteron POLarimeter DPOL. Large S1 values are observed for the transitions to the isoscalar spin-flip states, such as the 12.71 MeV 1 + state. $2 has values close to zero for all the measured excitation energy region.
