## Abstract An adhesion test procedure applied to plasma‐sprayed hydroxyapatite (HA) coatings to measure the “LASAT threshold” (LAser Shock Adhesion test) is described. The good repeatability and minimal discrepancy of the laser‐driven adhesion test data were ascertained for conventional plasma spr
