phosphomolybdic anion-doped poly(S-amino-1-naphthol)

[poly(S-NHrl-NAP)/PMou] has been prepared by electrochemical polymerization of S-amino-1-naphthol in aqueous 0.5 M HzSO., containing PMoizOk anions. The doped films were characterized by in siru FTIR spectroscopy and XPS analysis. The film-coated electrode was very stable upon potential cycling in acid; its catalytic effect on the reduction of chlorate anions was studied.
