## Abstract The effect of surgical removal of tumors on cytotoxicity reactions was studied in Lewis‐Wister inbred rats bearing a transplantable methylcholanthrene‐induced sarcoma (MCI). Lymphocyte cytotoxicity and the effect of the serum in blocking (decreasing) or potentiating (increasing) lymphoc
