## Abstract Two new furanoid diterpenes, tinotufolin A (1) and B (2) were isolated from the fresh leaves of __Tinospora tuberculata__ Beumée (Menispermaceae). The structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic findings.
