## Abstract A modification of a Stern‐Volmer fluorescence quenching experiment was used to determine the extent of singlet energy migration between phenanthrene chromophores in poly(9‐phenanthrylmethyl methacrylate). This system avoids the problems of nonexponential fluorescence decay, inhomogeneou
