✦ Synopsis

Powders of BICUVOX.10 with different grain size distribution were prepared and cbaracterized bv measurements of their X-rav diffraction snectra. TGA and DTA curves. The density of sintered pellets-was determined and the specific conduct&ity was obtained as a function of temperature by a four-probe technique. A different conductivity behavior of pellets with large grains and with small grains is observed during the heating cycle. It is related to a reordering process occurring between 450 and 500°C.
