High-T, superconducting Bi,Sr,Ca,Cu,O, phase (2223) was produced by a solid state reaction method. Its orthorhombic cell parameters were determined by X-ray diffraction. A series of superconductor/polymer composites was made using 2223 phase and low density polyethylene (LDPE). Complex impedance mea
