Here we report on the subtle changes in structure of BiFeO 3 thin films induced by lanthanum (La) doping and subsequent impact on the film's properties. Bi 1-x La x FeO 3 (BLFO) thin films (x = 0.0 to 0.30) were deposited by the chemical solution deposition method on indium tin oxide coated glass su
