## Abstract magnified image The synthesis of arylโ€bis(6โ€aminoโ€1,3โ€dimethyluracilโ€5โ€yl)โ€methanes **3aโ€m** by condensation of 6โ€aminoโ€1,3โ€dimethyluracil (**1**) with aromatic aldehydes **2aโ€m** at room temperature is reported. The structures of the compounds were established using various spectrosco
