Abstract

The title compound is a new Cu(I)‐thiourea complex containing binuclear cyclic cations (Cu~2~tu~6~)^2+^ wich, contrary to other similar knew compounds, exhibits a non‐centrosymmetrical configuration. Crystal data are as follow: orthorhombic, Pbca, a = 19.251(7), b = 12.309(2), c = 21.484(5)Å, D~x~ = 1.82 Mg m^−3^ for Z = 8.
