Polymerization of o-, m-, and p-trimethylsilylphenols (TMS-phenols) was achieved electrochemically. The polymers were prepared as thin films on a platinum electrode and were found to be electroinactive in nonaqueous solutions. The polymers exhibited far higher conductivities than polyphenol or other
