Test-retest reliability is a common indicator of response consistency. It is argued that using regression coefficients for detecting systematic response error is less appropriate than testing for shifts in the mean (median) and variance. This procedure is exemplified using probability response data.

The theory of ESR hyperfine-structure exchange narrowing is developed. The kinetic equations describing the nonequilibrium magnetization dynamics of hyperfine components of ESR spectra are derived by using the nonequilibrium statistical-operator method. Numerical solution of these general equations
## Bis -cysteine selective modifications were successfully applied with melarsen oxide (MEL), an arsonous acid derivative, for tertiary structural studies of peptides and a model protein. The arsonous acid modified peptides and proteins were amenable to direct characterizations by mass spectrometr
