LiFePO 4 -Li 3 V 2 (PO 4 ) 3 composite cathode material is synthesized by aqueous precipitation of FeVO 4 •xH 2 O from Fe(NO 3 ) 3 and NH 4 VO 3 , following chemical reduction and lithiation with oxalic acid as the reducer and carbon source.
