โฆ Synopsis
In addition to euphornin, three new toxic substances (euphornins A, B and C) have been isolated from the plant Euphorbia helioscopia L., and their absolute stereostructures also been elucidated on the basis of their spectral data and some chemical evidence together with an X-ray crystallographic analysis of the p-bromobenzoate derived from euphornin.
-Furthermore, their conformations have also been discussed.

The conformational and ion-binding properties of two peptide fragments of 25 amino acid residues corresponding to the helix-loop sequences of domains I and 111 of calmodulin ( CaM) were investigated by CD and Tb3+-mediated fluorescence spectroscopy. Both peptides exhibit very similar ion binding pro
The x-ray molecular structures of five chiral phosphoramidates derived from N-phosphorylated nitrogen mustard were determined and the molecular parameters are discussed. The value of the torsion angle of the O=P-N-H function which determines the packing of the molecules was found to determine also t
