## Abstract The factors that determine whether a breast carcinoma will develop into inflammatory breast cancer (IBC) remain poorly understood. Recent evidence indicates that the tumor stroma influences cancer phenotypes. We tested the hypotheses that the gene expression signature of the tumor strom
