This book brings together a collection of papers from various seminars by emfnent researchers engaged in the study of industrial work and workers. It'is divided into three main sections covering physiological stress, mental stress and designing the stress out of work. Each section begins with an introduction giving the reader a synopsis of the material to be covered. However, no summary is given of the key points covered at the end of each section. A summary would have been useful. All sections have a well balanced mixture of theory, practical applications and case studies.
