Exact solutions of some three-dimensional problem of the deformation of a thin annular plate fixed along the outer contour and loaded along the inner contour in a certain way are obtained using functions of a complex variable. The stress distributions on it under various concentrated forces are obtained by taking the limit when the radius of the inner circumference tends to zero.
