✦ Synopsis
More and more advanced end-users are participating in the process of application software development. This paper presents a constructive approach to the specification of new skills which are expected of end-users who develop their own application software. The principal innovation of the approach is the use of questions to define software engineering (SE) elements and their relation. Based on the SE elements, we shall also describe the interface between the end-users and the DP professionals.
