## Abstract A trypsin‐resistant core peptide of recombinant human granulocyte‐macrophage colony‐stimulating factor (rhGM‐CSF) was isolated and analyzed by high‐energy Cs^+^ liquid secondary‐ion (LSI) mass spectrometric analysis. This analysis provided successful detection of the high‐mass disulfide
