N-acetyltransferase (NAT) activity in the Harderian glands of intact and gonadectomized male and female Syrian hamsters was evaluated. The exogenous administration of Sa-dihydrotestosterone (DHT) to castrated males and intact females produced an increase in NAT values, which reached the values prese
