✦ Synopsis

Two output beams of a Stern-Gerlach SG apparatus for spin 1r2 particles should not show interference when Ž . appropriately superposed i.e. by means of a 'half-reversible SG setup' that is described in this letter . The reason is that an entanglement between energy level and path selection occurs.
