As of Dec 31 2004, Co. operated 63 branch banking offices in south central Pennsylvania, northern Maryland and northern Delaware through its subsidiary banks, Bank of Lancaster County, N.A., Bank of Hanover and Trust Company, Pennsylvania State Bank, First National Bank of North East and Delaware Sterling Bank & Trust Company.
