## Abstract Raney metals were studied as heterogeneous catalysts for racemization and dynamic kinetic resolution (DKR) of chiral amines, as an alternative to metals like palladium or ruthenium. Both Raney nickel and cobalt were able to selectively racemize various chiral amines with high selectivit
