โœฆ Synopsis

The regular monthly meeting of the Institute was called to order at 8:30 o'clock by Mr. Philip C. Staples, President. It was announced that the minutes of the previous meeting had been printed in the February issue of the Journal of the Institute, and if there were no objections or corrections the minutes would be approved. Upon hearing none, the chairman declared them approved as printed.

The chairman then called upon the Secretary to read the appointments of the standing committees of the Institute for the year I937, which are as follows:
