Dr. Jayne asked for information on By-Law IV regax:ding the dropping of delinquent members. The question was as to the necessity of action on the part of the Section in such cases. It was decided that no special action of the Section was necessary, but that delinquent members shall, at the proper time, simply be dropped from the list; in accordance with this decision, the Treasurer notified the Secretary to drop the names of two delinquents from the list.
