✦ Synopsis


The inclusion of polyethylene oxide to a peroxidase-antibody conjugate suspension greatly stabilized conjugate activity which showed no loss during storage for 36 days at 30Β°C. This stabilization not only economizes enzyme inununoassays but also permits its use under field conditions lacking refrigeration.
