## Abstract The clinical and electrophysiological characteristics of eight patients with propriospinal myoclonus are described. Myoclonus developed within days or weeks of cervical trauma in half the patients. Seven cases had axial flexion jerks, and one axial extension jerks. Myoclonic EMG activit
