A BiZSrZCa2Cul010 film with a single high-Tc phase was reactively deposited on MgO (100) substrates at about 700"I by a facing targets sputtering technique. The as-grown film showed Tcon of 95 K and Tcend of 49 K. It is found from discussions based on a x-ray diffraction analysis or a x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy that the superconductivity is reduced by imperfections of the crystal: an intergrowth and a site disorde1
