It's quiet at the diner, too quiet...
When a dozen wolf shifters file in, quickly followed by dwarves, feline shifters, and giants, Kathy starts to think she's missing something. Then there's the two men at the counter who seem to breath smoke. It turns out today is the start of the playoffs for the supernatural version of the World Cup. Much to Kathy's disbelief these enthusiastic sports fans are watching the likes of minotaurs, bird shifters, and a shifty sorcerer she's not sure is playing by the rules, whatever those rules are. As the game moves further along tension skyrockets. Before the game ends it becomes clear Kathy might be in over her head.
