## Abstract A 51βyearβold man had three episodes of complete paraplegia and anesthesia, each lasting 30 to 120 minutes, over the course of five hours. Myelography and computerized tomographic scanning showed an epidural hematoma at T11βT12 for which no cause was found. Complete spontaneous recovery
