By creating a homogeneously precessing domain in sHe -B in a quadrupole RF field we have obtained a structure, which according to the theory must bear a circular spin supercurrent. This structure is analogous to a quantum vortex in 'He or a magnetic flux line in superconductors.

NMR absorption by vortices in the homogeneously precessing spin domain is discussed in terms of a torque, which arises from spin-orbit coupling between the coherently precessing spins and the nonuniformity in the orbital order parameter in the vortex core. A new soft mode of the nonaxisymmetric vort
