We use time-resolved spectroscopy to directly compare the spin dynamics in strained ZnMnSe epilayers and strained ZnMnSe/ZnSe spin superlattices. The spin-relaxation in these materials is observed to depend strongly on the concentration of the magnetic impurities. Surprisingly, however, no differenc
