✦ Synopsis
The effects of the substitution with 3d metals and sp metals on spin-correlation in La,.s2Sr0.,sCu,_,M,,04 (M=Ga, Zn, Ni, Co) have been studied by the measurement of magnetic susceptibility. We observed that Cu-site substitution brought about a change in T_ (the temperature exhibiting a susceptibility peak). We clarified a possibility that Cu-site substitution can effect the antiferromagnetic state at around T_. By subtracting the effect of hole reduction due to the substitution, we obtained the result suggesting the possibility that the Zn ion and the Ga ion have the same effect on T,,, which is quite contrasted to the effects of the Co ion or the Ni ion.
