Froni the coincidence relations and the 0-decay asymmetry parameter, the decay and level schemes of IIBe, the spins and parities, and the neutron spectroscopic factors of the excited states in "Be have been determined. Some of the lcvels in "Be show good accord with the predictions by the Anti-symmetrized Molecular Dynamics (AMD) theory.
