✦ Synopsis
A spectroscopic method employing steady-state optical techniques is described to detect spin polarization and to determine the most probable route of the intersystem crossing process in phosphorescing molecules.
The method is based on observing ctiges as a function of temperature (ZC low Wmperatures) in the relative intensiw of the vibronic bands of the phosphorescence spectrum.
