โœฆ Synopsis

A modified spectrophotometric assay for choline acetyltransferase has been developed to measure the amount of CoA * SH produced by the catalytic reaction in the presence of dithiothreitol. This improvement will make the original method more useful and offers a complete assay procedure for this enzyme in either the presence or absence of dithiothreitol.
