Abstract--We investigate the spectra for the orientation-free four-velocity model. Continuummechanic and free-molecular limit results were obtained by setting the rarefaction parameter to be both extrema. It seems the orientation-free four-velocity model can replace fixed-orientation six-and eight-velocity models.
