✦ Synopsis
Abstract
Experimental and theoretical studies carried out to investigate the influence of strong coupling effects in the spectra generated through the commonly used heteronuclear chemical shift correlation (HETCOR) sequences involving a constant evolution time are reported. It is seen that the spectra generated via such sequences are prone to artifacts of appreciable intensity. Failure to recognize these can result in the misinterpretation of spectral data.
